I’m a certified Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, prior Microbiologist and founder of Bright and Light Wellness.
At home, I’m a wife to a wonderful husband and a mom to two incredible boys.
I’m a self-confessed foodie with a passion for nutrition. I founded Bright and Light Wellness with little more than a piece of paper, a pen.
I truly believe in “everything in moderation” approach and coach my clients to ditch the diet mentality and enjoy real, whole foods.
