2 Minute Low Calorie Papdi Chaat

Take your afternoon snacking to next level with this easy, low calorie version of Papdi Chaat.

Chaat is an Indian street side food that is often made with a combination of deep fried fritters, raw vegetables and lots of spices. The explosion of flavors once it hits the taste buds is euphoric! But there is one small problem, however. You CANNOT STOP at one. So, if you are someone who is being mindful of eating healthy, then consuming these on a day to day basis can become a roadblock on your wellness journey.

Does that mean you have to give up on your favorite chaat to get healthier? Hell, no! I would treat it as an occasional indulgence or make few tweaks so that it fits my healthful lifestyle. Eating healthy doesn’t mean you have to give up on your favorite foods, you just need to tweak them a little to help you stay on track on your wellness journey!

I LOVE Papdi Chaat. But it is also something I would not want to eat everyday. SO I created this Low calorie version that is loaded with real, wholesome ingredients. The healthy fats, protein and fiber in this will help keep you full until dinner. Plus, it's gluten-free, works for people who are gluten intolerant or have gut issues. These also make for a great after-school snack for kids.
