5 M's For Sustainable Weight Loss & Summer Group Coaching Program

So today, I’m sharing with you, THE 5 M’s FOR SUSTAINABLE WEIGHT LOSS

1. MINDSET:

Your mindset plays a very important role in your wellness journey. Setbacks and struggles are real and can sometimes weigh you down. Having a positive attitude throughout your wellness journey is extremely important. Find an accountability partner or a coach to help you keep the positive mindset going even when things don’t go your way.

2. MINDFUL EATING:

Eating healthy doesn’t necessarily mean you have to give up on your favorite foods. Mindful eating is nourishing your body in a way that is unique to you and your food culture.

3. MINDFUL DRINKING:

Yes, there is such a thing! Alcoholic beverages, sodas etc. have lots of sugar in them and can make you gain weight without you even realizing it. Not to mention, the toll it takes on your body in the long run. That doesn’t mean you have to give up on your favorite booze. Drink in moderate amounts and enjoy it mindfully.

4. MOVEMENT:

Humans are meant to be moving. Sedentary lifestyle is one of the leading causes of most of the chronic issues we face lately. Staying active throughout the day has tons of health benefits and is imperative to your physical, emotional and mental health.

5. MENTAL HEALTH:

This plays a very important role in your wellness journey. No matter how healthy you eat or how much exercise you do, if you don’t address your mental health, it’s not going to work.
