1 cup Seedless Dates
1 cup Dried Figs
1/4 cup Pistachios
1/4 cup Cashew nuts
1/4 cup Almond
1/4 cup Walnuts
2-3 tablespoon Milk
1 tablespoon Ghee
To make the Dry Fruit Squares, first chop the dates and dried figs and blend it with some whole milk.
Roast all the dry fruits listed above in ghee until lightly golden and aromatic.
Now sauté the blended paste in a pan for 5 minutes until it changes to brownish color. Keep stirring every few minutes so that the mixture doesn’t burn.
Add the roasted dry fruits and mix well into the mixture.
Pour and layer the dry fruit mixture into the pan and allow it to cool ~ 30 minutes.
Cut the Dry Fruit mixture into squares or any desired shape and serve.
